Mark Brackley

Co-founder & Creative Director

I fell in love with digital fundraising after trying my hand in almost all areas of donation generation. On the agency side, I’ve worked for Face-to-Face, Telemarketing and Digital-Only Agencies. On the charity side I’ve worked in Philanthropy and Major Gifts.

One thing remains the same: knowing your donor, knowing your charity, and being able to connect the two through great storytelling is THE ONLY WAY to build long-lasting donor relationships. Digital is special because of the scale it gives you to tell your story far and wide. In fundraising, we have only just scraped the surface of its potential to inspire more donors to give to causes they love.

Kate Graham

Co-founder & Director

Kate is a powerhouse strategist with 20 years of fundraising experience across acquisition, retention, and innovation. She was the CEO of Public Outreach for 10 years - a leading Face to Face and Telefundraising agency - and in that time grew the business into delivering Digital Fundraising solutions and Strategic Fundraising Consultancy.

Kate has worked directly with Cerebral Palsy Alliance, SecondBite and FareShare, and currently supports Moceanic in its mission to educate fundraisers.

At Happy Fundraising, she brings strategic clarity to every brief, helping nonprofits craft sustainable individual giving programs and confidently communicate the value of fundraising to internal stakeholders. She’s the business brain of Happy Fundraising.
